【摘要】 用 10个随机引物对 11个波尔山羊精液样本DNA进行随机扩增 ,得到 113个标记 ,其中多态标记 31个。分析DNA多态标记与公羊总采精量、平均每次射精量、冻前活力、冻后活力、稀释倍数等的关系 ,发现OPK0 9 4标记阳性组山羊总采精量和平均每次射精量显著高于阴性组山羊 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而OPH14 3标记阳性组山羊平均每次射精量和OPH14 5标记阳性组山羊冻后活力均显著低于阴性组山羊 (P <0 0 5 )。更多还原

【Abstract】 DNA samples were harvested from 11 Boer billy goat and amplified by 10 selected arbitrary primers,and 113 markers including 31 polymorphic markers were observed.Moreover,relationship between RAPD marker and total ejaculate volume,ejaculum volume,sperm motility before and after freezing,as well as dilution rate were analysed.The results suggested that total ejaculate volume and ejaculum volume of marker OPK09 4 positive goat group was significantly higher than those of the negative group,while ejaculum volume was significantly lower in the marker OPH14 3 positive group than that of the negative group and post thaw motility was significantly lower in the marker OPH14 5 positive group than that of the negative group.更多还原
