【摘要】 用丙酮提取大米中的敌稗残留 ,液 液分配法去除提取液中的水溶性杂质和水分 ,柱层析法去除提取液中的有机杂质 ,气相色谱仪电子捕获检测器测定敌稗残留量。色谱柱采用固定相为 1 5 %OV 17+1 98%OV 2 10的玻璃填充柱。平均添加回收率为 89 5 %～ 90 5 % ,变异系数为 4 46 %～ 5 2 1% ,最小检测量为 0 0 0 2ng,最小检出浓度为 0 0 0 2mg·kg-1。卫生部食品卫生监督检验所和扬州大学环境工程系对本方法验证结果 ,平均添加回收率为 88 0 %～ 91 0 % ,变异系数为 5 48%～ 6 0 3%更多还原

【Abstract】 Propanil was extracted with acetone from rice,the water soluble impurities in the extract removed by liquid liquid partitioning method,the organic impurities were removed with florisil chromatography.Propanil was determined by gas chromatography with EC detector,separation by a glass column,packed with Chromosorb.W.A W.DMCS,stationary phase 1 5% OV 17+1 98% OV 210.The mean recoveries ranged from 89 5%?90 5%,and C V.ranged from 4 46%?5 21%,MDQ 0 002 ng,MDC 0 002 mg/kg.The method was verified by co laboratories of the Institute of Food Safety Control and Inspection Ministry of Public Health and the Environmental Engineering Department of Yangzhou University,their mean recoveries ranged from 88 0%?91 0%,and C V.ranged from 5 48%?6 03%.更多还原
