松针褐斑病菌毒素LA-Ⅱ的分离纯化及其化学结构
Studies on the Separation,Purification,Structure of LA-Ⅱ Toxin Producing by Brown Spot Needle Blight Fungus (Lecanosticta acicola )
【摘要】 松针褐斑病 (Lecanostictaacicola)是中国南方松树上的一种重要病害。松针褐斑病菌的代谢产物中含有可致松针萎蔫的有毒物质 ,经Rp 1 8柱反复分离松针褐斑病菌的次生代谢产物 ,获得有活性的黄色固体物质 ,采用丙酮结晶和重结晶纯化得到一无色针状晶体 ,生测有活性 ,记为LA Ⅱ。高效液相检测表明 :LA Ⅱ为一纯物质。采用质谱、红外光谱、核磁共振等波谱手段分析可知 :LA Ⅱ分子量为 1 1 8,其化学组成为C4H6O2 S ,分子结构为CH3COSCOCH3。
【Abstract】 Brown spot needle blight is one of important pine diseases in South China.The pathogen fungus ( Lecanosticta acicola )could produce toxic substances to make the needle wilt.Rp 18 reversed phase silica gel column was repeatedly used to separate crude LA toxins. One colorless needle crystal was obtained.It is a phytotoxic substance named LA Ⅱ.HPLC analysis indicated LA Ⅱ was a pure compound. The molecular weight and molecular formula were determined by FAB MS and HRFAB MS as 118 and C 4H 6O 2S respectively. According to IR, MS, NMR spectra data, the structure of LA Ⅱ was elucidated as CH 3COSCOCH 3.
