循环流化床烟气脱硫实验研究
A Study on the Flue Gas Desulfurzation in a Circulating Fluidized Bed
【摘要】 在中试装置中进行了循环流化床烟气脱硫的实验研究。该实验装置由燃烧器、高 4 5m直径 0 30m的反应器、旋风分离器、给料系统和物料回送系统等组成。烟气流量和温度分别为 2 0 0~ 32 5m3 /h和 12 0~ 180℃。实验结果表明绝热饱和温差 (Δθ)、钙硫物质的量比 (n(Ca) /n(S) )、SO2 进口质量浓度 (ρin)和床内固体颗粒物质量浓度(ρs)对脱硫效率有较大的影响 ,而气体停留时间 (t)的影响不明显。用石灰浆作脱硫剂 ,当Δθ =14℃、n(Ca) /n(S) =1 5 ,ρin =15 0 0mg/m3 、ρs=6kg/m3 ,t=3.5s时 ,脱硫产率达 85 3%。工业应用中Δθ应控制在 10~ 2 2℃。
【Abstract】 Flue gas desulfurization in a circulating fluid bed has been investigated in a pilot plant.The plant consists of a burner,a reactor with a diameter of 0.3 m and a length of 4.5 m,a whirlwind separator,a feed system and a return system.The flow rate and the temperature of flue gas are 200~325 m 3/h and 120~180 ℃,respectively.The experimental results show that the approach saturation temperature ( Δ θ),Ca/S mole ratio,SO 2 inlet concentration (ρ in ) and solid particle concentration in bed (ρ s ) have more effect than gas residence time (t) does on the SO 2 removal efficiency.At Δ θ=14 ℃,n( Ca )/n( S )=1 5,ρ in =1 500 mg/m 3,ρ s =6 kg/m 3,t=3.5 s and by using lime slurry,SO 2 removal efficiency can reach 85.3 %.In industrial application, Δ θ sould be controlled at 10~22 ℃.
