【摘要】 粮食安全既是一个重要的实践问题，又是一个重要的理论问题。本文考察了不同历史时期我国粮食安全的状况，指出不同时期的体制安排和政策选择会给粮食安全带来不同的影响和后果。本文的结论是，改革开放之后我国的粮食安全水平较之改革开放之前有了实质性的提高。本文还对我国未来一段时期的粮食安全作了大致的预测，并提出了巩固粮食安全的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Food security is an important theoretical issue as well as a crucial practical one. This paper examines the food security situation during different historical periods of time, and argue that different institutional arrangements and policy choices in different times would have different consequences and implications for food security. The conclusion of this paper is that the level of Chinese food security has substantially improved since the adoption of reform and opening door policy. Finally, this paper provides a brief prediction on the future of Chinese food security and gives some suggestions for consolidating the established food security.更多还原
