高效降解苯酚的酵母菌筛选及其降解特性研究

【摘要】 为了更有效处理含酚废水 ,用生物流化床驯化活性污泥 ,富集、筛选高效的苯酚降解菌 ,最后分离得到一株酵母菌 ,经鉴定为瓶形酵母属 (Pityrosporumsp .) .这株酵母菌可降解10 0 0mg/L的高浓度苯酚 ;降解苯酚的最适环境条件为温度 30℃ ,pH 6~ 7,振荡速率大于 15 0r/min ,在培养基中补加适量的氮、磷对提高苯酚的降解速率非常重要 .酵母菌降解苯酚能力强 ,菌体体积较大 (10 .9~ 19.8μm× 10 .9~ 31.7μm) ,沉降性能好 ,不仅能有效地处理含酚废水 ,而且能生产单细胞蛋白

【Abstract】 One phenol-degrading microorganism was isolated from activated sludge of Shanghai Meishan Cokeoven Plant after enrichment in the presence of phenol in fluidized bed. The yeast was identified as Pityrosporum sp. by several techniques, including staining and morphological observation. This strain Pityrosporum showed well expressed capability of metabolizing high concentrations of phenol, up to 1 000 mg/L, and utilizing it as the sole carbon source for the growth and development of the population. It also tolerated a wide pH range (4~9) with high degradation efficiency during phenol degradation. Its length was 10.9~31.7?μm and width was 10.9~19.8?μm. And it had a good sedimentation. The optimum environmental conditions for phenol degradation was 30?℃, pH 6~7, shaking speed more than 150?r/min, and appropriate nutrient salts were added into the phenol solution. The phenol removal rate reduced without NH + 4 and PO 3- 4. This strain of Pityrosporum might offer a new method of treatment of phenolic wastewater and resource reuse such as production of single cell protein.
