【摘要】 文章从招生规模、生源与毕业生质量等方面对医学“专升本”教育十五年来的教学与管理进行认真分析。教学计划切合成人教育医学“专升本”的特点 ;教学形式试行了学分制与学年制相结合的办学模式 ,教学管理试行了必修课与选修课的办学思路。提出了今后医学“专升本”教育改革与发展对策。在二十一世纪 ,医学“专升本”教育面对新的挑战 ,必须办出自己的特色与优势 ,为科教兴国作出应有的贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the recent 15 years of teaching and administration of medical Professional Training Promoted to Undergraduate Course education on the basis of enrollment scale, admission source and graduate quality. The teaching programs accord with the characteristics of medical PTPUC adult education in that both credit system and academic year system are employed with required and elective coures. It also puts forward the countermeasures to the reform and development of the future medical PTPUC adult education. In face of new challenges medical PTPUC education must embody its own characteristics and advantages.更多还原
