【Abstract】 The analytical method of Matrine in ZHUSHALING by thin layer chromatography scanning (TLCS) was established. Linearity was found in an range of 0.97—4.85μg of Matrine, while the average recovery was 93.18% and relatively standard deviation (RSD) was 2.53%, respectively. The method was found to be highly sensitive, simple, precise and reproducible.更多还原
