【摘要】 中心静脉导管性败血症在临床护理上是一较难处理的并发症。作者对本院 1994年 6月～ 2 0 0 0年 12月收治的 15例中心静脉导管性败血症病例的危险因素进行分析 ,提出了相应的护理措施 :加强原发病的防治及护理 ;加强中心静脉置管的护理 ;加强无菌操作 ;严格做好病室清洁消毒。作者认为认真做好中心静脉置管的护理对预防导管性败血症十分重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Catheter related sepsis is a complication hard to treat. In this paper, the dangerous factors of 15 cases admitted from June 1999 to December 2000 were analyzed and relative nursing strategies were performed. The methodsincluded: enhancing the prevention and nursing of the primary diseases, strengthening the nursing care of central ventricular catheter, paying attention to the germfree operation and keeping the wards clean and sterilized strictly. It is believed that prevention and care of the central ventricular catheter are the most important.更多还原
