【摘要】 目的　观察自制简易采血装置用于极低体质量儿 (体质量 <1.5kg)血气分析检验效果。方法　随机将 188例极低体质量儿分为两组 ,各 94例 ,分别采用自制简易采血装置和传统采血法采血进行血气分析检验。结果　两组不同装置采血法 1、4、8次的采血量有显著性差异 ,分别P <0 .0 5、<0 .0 1、<0 .0 5。而 0 .1ml与 0 .5ml采血量血气分析结果比较 ,无显著性差异 ,P>0 .0 5。结论　自制血气标本采集法在极低体质量儿应用中优于传统采血法 ,值得推广更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate the effects of the home made equipment on blood gas analysis on infants with very low birth weight (VLBW) (birth weight < 1.5 kg).Methods188 infants with VLBW were evenly divided into two groups at random. The traditional method and a home made equipment were taken to engage in the blood gas analysis in the control group and in the experimental group.ResultsThere existed significant differences in the hemospastic volumes at the first, fourth and eighth times between the two groups ( P<0.05, P<0.01, P <0.05). But the blood gas analysis of hemospastic volumes at 0.1 ml and 0.5 ml was showed to be insignificant ( P> 0.05).Conclusion The home made device for blood gas analysis is superior to the traditional device and therefore, worth publication.更多还原
