【摘要】 目的　探讨目前护理人员对法律知识的了解程度 ,明确护理人员法律知识的培训方向。方法　应用自设的调查表 ,向全院护理人员发调查问卷 341份 ,了解护理人员对法律知识掌握情况。结果　全院护理人员法律知识欠缺 ,不同毕业年限的护士掌握法律知识没有明显的差异 ;不同学历层次的护士掌握法律知识有明显的差异 ;护理人员的法律知识主要来源是通过学校教育、自学、讲座。结论　护理人员的法律知识可以通过加强在职教育 ,加大卫生法规教育力度 ,医院狠抓卫生法的贯彻、执行 ;进一步加强学校法律知识学习。使护理人员尽快掌握法律知识 ,并能运用法律来保护病人及护士自身的利益 ,提高护理质量更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study nurses’ law knowledge and work out a syllabus of law knowledge education.MethodA questionnaire concerning law knowledge was made and 341 questionnaires were distributed among the nurse staff in our hospital.ResultsThe nurses in our hospital received law knowledge mainly from school, which was showed to be little. The survey showed there were no significant differences in law knowledge among the nurses who graduated in different years, but there were significant differences among the nurses with different education.ConclusionThe nurses as well as the administrators attach less importance to education of law after graduation so that most of them have little knowledge in health law. The education of law in school needs strengthening and meanwhile continuing education on law after graduation deserves our more attention. The nurses can master more law knowledge in medicine so that they can protect nurses’ rights and interests so as to improve the service level.更多还原
