血液透析病人健康教育模式的探讨
An education mode for hemodialysis patients
【摘要】 目的 探讨血液透析病人的健康教育模式。方法 采用集体、小组、单人跟踪教育 3种方法 ,并通过问卷调查 6 8例血液透析患者健康教育前后的健康知识掌握情况。结果 健康教育后 ,6 8例患者对血液透析健康知识的掌握有明显提高 ,其差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 )。结论 3种健康教育模式应互相补充 ,三者综合运用可明显提高健康教育效果。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the health educational mode for hemodialysis patients. Methods Three different modes, i.e. mass education, group education and individual education were employed. The investigation was conducted with questionnaires to 68 subjects before and after the education respectively to compare the patients’ knowledge about hemodialysis. Results The subjects’ relative knowledge after the education grew significantly higher than that before the education (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion The three educational modes complement each other and the combination of them can obviously enhance the educational effects.
