【摘要】 目的　了解陪护人员负性心理及其对卧床脑血管病患者的影响 ,总结相应的对策。方法　通过临床观察、个别交谈、问卷调查等方式 ,对陪护人员负性心理进行分析。结果　陪护人员负性心理容易影响患者病情的康复 ,且不同的负性心理产生不同的负面影响。结论　采取有效措施 ,如监督、劝解、传授、角色扮演等方法 ,能够帮助陪护人员调适不良心态 ,保持稳定情绪 ,有利于患者康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of the negative psychology of caretakers for the patients with cerebrovascular disease and summarize ways to prevent the patients from the negative effect. Methods Clinical observation, interview and questionnaire were applied to looking into the negative psychology of the patients’ caretakers. Results The caretaker’s negative psychology was liable to influence the recovery of patients. Different kinds of negative psychology produced different negative effects. Conclusion Such effective measures as guidance, supervision, persuasion and role play can be taken to help the caretakers with positive psychological adjustment so as to facilitate recovery of patients.更多还原
