爱婴病房艾条熏蒸消毒的剂量和间隔时间临床观察

【摘要】 目的 研究爱婴病房艾条熏蒸消毒的最佳剂量和间隔时间。方法 爱婴病房采用艾条熏蒸进行室内空气消毒 ,检测空气中细菌含量 ,比较艾条熏蒸的不同剂量和不同间隔时间的灭菌效果。结果  12 m2 爱婴病房分别用 2根艾条组和 3根艾条组艾条熏蒸后空气细菌含量减少无显著性差别 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,2根艾条组熏蒸后比 1根艾条组空气细菌含量明显减少 ,差别有显著性(P<0 .0 1) ;间隔 4天和 2天空气细菌含量无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,艾条熏蒸后间隔 4天显著低于间隔 6天空气细菌含量 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论  12 m2爱婴病房艾条熏蒸消毒的较佳剂量为 2根计时纯艾条 ;较佳间隔时间为 4天。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the best dosage and best interval of moxa fumigation in baby-friendly wards. Methods After air disinfection in the wards was carried out by moxa fumigation, disinfectant effects of different dosages were compared by examining the numbers of bacteria in the air at different intervals of time. Results There was no significance in the numbers of bacteria in the air at every baby-friendly ward of 12 m 2 fumigated with 2 and 3 bars of moxa respectively (P>0.05). The number of bacteria in the air was reduced significantly after the ward was fumigated with 2 bars of moxa, compared with that with only 1 bar of moxa (P<0.01). The number of bacteria was examined to remain unchanged at d 4 after fumigation, compared with that at d 2 after fumigation (P>0.05), while it was observed to be significantly smaller than that at d 6 after fumigation (P<0.05). Conclusion Disinfectant dosages of moxa fumigation in baby-friendly ward can be 2 bars of moxa per 12 m 2, while the ideal disinfectant interval of moxa fumigation in baby-friendly wards can be 4 days.
