【Abstract】 It has been found that Mn(Ⅱ) can catalyze the discoloration of xylidyl blue Ⅱ by hydrogen peroxidate in ammonia solution,while Mg(Ⅱ) acts as a promoter.The kinetic conditions of this reaction have been studied,a new method for the determination of trace magnesium(Ⅱ) is proposed.Its linear range is 0-0.80 μg/25 mL Mg(Ⅱ) and the detection limit is 3.8×10 -11 g/mL Mg(Ⅱ).It has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of trace Mg(Ⅱ) in zinc alloy.更多还原
