Ar+CO2混合气体保护焊焊缝几何形状的试验研究
Research on the Geometry Parameters of Weld Seam in Ar+CO2 Mixed Gas Arc Welding
【摘要】 简要介绍了试验设计中的因子设计方法 ,并采用因子设计方法进行焊接试验 ,测得焊缝尺寸数据 通过有关统计分析 ,研究了焊接电流、焊接电压及混合气体配比等 3个规范参数与焊缝几何形状参数的相互关系 ,提出了焊缝熔深H ,焊缝宽度B和余高a的数学模型 ,并通过试验对这些数学模型进行了验证 所得到的数学模型可对焊缝的几何形状进行预测
【Abstract】 The factor design method is introduced to design experiments.The weld sizes are achieved in the experiments using this method,and somewhat statistics analysis is made to discuss the relationships between the welding procedure variables (welding current,welding voltage, mixed gas rate) and the weld size.As a result,the mathematical models about the three variables of the weld geometry:penetration H,weld width B and weld reinforcement a are put forward,and the mathematical models are verified by experiments.The weld geometry can be forecasted using the models.
