【摘要】 目的　了解医院急诊手外伤病例的构成及其分布特征。方法　对 1999年 1～ 12月在宁波曙光手外科医院就诊的 332 4例急诊手外伤患者进行问卷调查。结果　患者的平均年龄为 31.9岁 ,2 0～5 0岁青壮年占 81.6 % ;在工作时受伤占 76 .9% ,其他原因受伤占 2 3.1% ;开放性损伤占 93.4% ;手指损伤占所有手外伤的 85 .1%。结论　手外伤主要发生在青壮年 ,以工业性手外伤为最常见 ,这应是开展手外伤预防的重点更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the composition and distribution of patients with emergency hand trauma in hospital. Methods 3 324 patients with emergency hand trauma in our hospital were investigated by question naire in 1999. Results The patients were 31.9 years old in average,81.6% of which were 20to 50years old.Most of the cases(76.9%) was occurred at work.Open trauma were 93.4% in all cases. 85.1% of hand traunma was occurred on fingers. Conclusion Hand trauma is occurred mostly in the prime of life and youth. Industrial hand trauma is most frequent. The prevention of hand trauma should be emphasized on these people.更多还原
