聚己内酯的表面化学改性
Chemical Modification on Polycaprolactone Membrane Surface
【摘要】 以生物可降解吸收的聚己内酯作为材料基质 ,用紫外光氧化、溶液法化学接枝的方法在其表面接上亲水性的甲基丙烯酸 ,用接枝前后吸水率的变化研究了最佳的氧化接枝反应条件 ,并用衰减全反射红外光谱对接枝膜表面进行了表征 .实验结果得到了表面亲水性大大增强而本体性能并未明显改变的聚己内酯薄膜 .
【Abstract】 Hydrophilic Polycaprolactone(PCL) surface was prepared by photo-grafting methacrylic acid(MAA) onto PCL membrane surface. Graft polymerization was conducted by combining the use of the photo-oxidation and irradiation grafting. The result of FTIR-ATR shows that UV irradiation could realize the graft polymerization effectively on the surface of PCL membrane.
