科技城建设:基本发展模式与运作
The Construction of the City of Science and Technology: Basic Developing Model and Operating
【摘要】 阐述了科技城基本发展模式的内涵和特征 ,提出了组建“政产学研”战略联盟的组织机构形式 ,同时对其具体的运作程序等提出了可操作性的建议。
【Abstract】 The interior meanings and the characteristics of the basic developing model of the city of science and technology were discussed. It was suggested that an organizational structure consisting of government, industries, universities, research institutes should be set, and a practicable operating program was advanced at the same time.
