高温煤气烧结金属丝网除尘工艺中试研究

【摘要】 介绍了一种高温煤气除尘工艺中试研究结果,除尘器主要由烧结金属丝网管及在线反吹清洗元件等组成.试验温度580℃~620℃,试验压力1.0 MPa~1.1MPa,净化后煤气含尘量达到8.1mg/Nm3~21.7mg/Nm3,同时考察了煤气流量变化的影响,取得了压降变化和循环周期时间等数据,为该工艺进一步放大设计和操作提供了依据.

【Abstract】 A test of pilot scale high temperature gas dedusting with a sintered metal mesh filter was conducted. The dedusting facility consists of a sintered metal mesh filter and online pulsing cleaning ,etc. It was operated at the temperature of 580-620℃ and the pressure of 1. 0-1.1 MPa. The test results show that the clean gas loads with the dust of 1-21.7 mg/Nm3. Meanwhile, the effect of change of gas flow rate on the pressure drop and cycling time were also investigated. The data and experience acquired can be used to the design of commercial facility.
