【摘要】 1目的　研究铁营养干预对妊娠期贫血的防治作用 ,以及对孕期铁营养状况的改善效果。2方法　将 132例中期孕妇随机分为铁干预组与对照组。营养干预连续进行 12周 (追踪观察至孕晚期 ) ,两组孕妇于干预前后取空腹静脉血 ,测定血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白、红细胞游离原卟啉、血清铁、总铁结合力、运铁蛋白饱和度等指标。 3结果　铁干预组除铁蛋白外 ,其它各项指标均有显著改善 ,贫血患病率及储存铁缺乏率显著降低 ,与对照组比较 ,差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 5 )。 4结论　妊娠期铁营养干预 ,可以提高孕妇铁营养水平 ,降低孕期贫血患病率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective A survey of the effect of Fe in the treatment and prevent of IDA in pregnancy was conducted.Methods Pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups,Iron group and control group.Blood was drawn from the pregnant women before and after supplementation and Hb?SF?SI?TIBC?TS?FEP were determined.Results In iron group Hb,SI,FEP,TIBC were significantly improved and anemia ratio was decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Iron supplementation could significantly increase the nutritional level of iron and decrease the IDA.更多还原
