【摘要】 目的　观察茶多酚保健饮料对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。 2方法　昆明种小鼠随机分为对照组和饮料低、中、高剂量组 ,3个剂量组每天分别按 2 .0 g、4.0 g、8.0 g/( kg· d)灌胃 ,对照组灌胃蒸馏水 ,连续 35 d。观察中枢免疫器官胸腺与外周免疫器官脾脏的脏器指数、做迟发型变态反应试验、半数溶血值测定 ( HC5 0 )和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的测定。3结果　茶多酚保健饮料可明显地增强小鼠的吞噬细胞的活性。并能显著地提高小鼠特异性抗体的生成水平。 4结论　茶多酚保健饮料能提高小鼠的特异性免疫和非特异性免疫功能 ,是一种免疫调节剂更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the regulating role of the healthy beverage of miner on immune system in mice.Method Kunming mice were divided into three beverage groups respectively(2.0g.kgbw -1 .d -1 ,4.0g.kgbw -1 .d -1 and 8.0g.kgbw -1 .d -1 respectively) and control group.Control group was given distilled water.After 5 weeks,DTH(delayed type hypersensitivity),Hemolysin HC 50 and Phagocytosis function of Macrophage were conducted.Results Hemolysin HC 50 ,Phagolytic rate and Phagolytic index of beverage gronps were significantly higher than those of control(P<0.05),while weight of organs was not obviously different from control group.Conclusion The healthy beverage of miner is a safe and effective regulator of immune function and could improve the specific and non specific immunity of mice.更多还原
