【摘要】 1目的　探讨 GST-π表达与乳腺癌生物特性的关系。 2方法　利用 GST-π抗体的免疫组化方法检测了 38例乳腺癌、2 9例乳腺良性肿瘤患者组织 GST-π的表达。 3结果　乳腺癌患者组织 GST-π的阳性率为 81.6 %,明显高于乳腺良性肿瘤 (41.4%)。GST-π表达与乳腺癌患者的年龄、临床期别、肿瘤大小及有无腋淋巴结转移等无关 ,而与雌、孕激素受体状态呈负相关。 4结论　检测乳癌患者组织 GST-π表达对乳腺癌的早期诊断和预后判断具有一定的临床意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Object To detect the relation of GST π to the biological specificity of breast cancer. Methods By the technique of immunohistochemical staining,we detected the expression of GST π in 38 breast cancer specimen,29 benign breast tumor specimen. Results The positive rate were respectively 81.6% and 41.4%.The former was remarkably higher than the later.It was demonstrated that the expression of GST π was not related with the patient’s age,clinical stage,tumor size and transferase to axillary lymph node,but has negative relation to ER and PR state. Conclusion There is important significance between the expression of GST π and the diagnosis and prognosis of the patients of breast cancer. [更多还原
