【摘要】 针对望峰岗选煤厂原有煤泥水流程存在的问题和煤泥的特性 ,采取了改原尾煤一次浓缩工艺为二段浓缩 ,浓缩机溢流水既可循环使用又可分流浓缩澄清 ,新增一台高频筛以提高中粗煤泥回收的可靠性以及增设洗水净化再生系统等措施 ,对煤泥水系统进行技术改造 ,实现洗水闭路循环 ,取得了显著的经济、环境和社会效益更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the slime characteristics and problems arisen thereof from the original slime\|water circuit at Wangfenggang Coal Preparation Plant,following conversion measures were taken:the original one\|stage tailing slime thickening converted to two\|stage,in which the thickener overflow could be the circulation water or splitted to further clarification;a high\|frequency screen installed for insuring recovery of slime with coarse and medium size,and a system for clarifying and regeneration of wash water added.Such circuit conversion enabled closed\|circuit operation of the plant and achieved obvious economic,environmental and social benefit.更多还原
