【摘要】 目的 :提高睑袋手术效果降低并发症。　方法 :在传统术式的同时将眶隔筋膜分内、中、外三处进行修补。　结果 :6 3例睑袋矫治效果满意。　结论 :通过对眶隔筋膜的修补 ,提高了眶隔筋膜的张力 ,增强了抵挡眶隔脂肪疝出的力量 ,提高了手术的效果 ,有效地防止睑袋复发更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:In order to improve the effect of operation and its complications Methods:The orbit septum fascia was divided into threeparts:the inside,middle and outside,Each part was sutured and enhanced. Results:63 patients have been successfully operated and had a satisfactory results Conclusion:This method could play an important role in enhancing the tension of orbit septum fascia and strengthening the force of resisting hernia out of orbit septum fat;it also increased the effect of operation and prevented effectively from eyelid bag relapsing更多还原
