【摘要】 目的 :探求隆颏术新方法。　方法 :12例手术均在切除肥大下颌角的同期 ,选择较大一侧被截除的下颌角骨块 ,塑形后植入颏部 ,行颏成形术 ,钛钉固定。　结果 :12例术后随访 3个月～ 3年 ,美容效果良好。　结论 :该手术利用自体骨移植无排斥反应 ,并发症少。易塑形 ,美容效果理想更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To research a new method of gemioplasty. Methods:Accompanied by the ostetomy of the prominent mandibular angle,alarger osteotomized bone was selcted and implanted into the area of chin.The impanted bone was fixed with one titanic screw. Results:12 patients were followed up after 3 months to 3 years,the results were satisfactory. Conclusion:The method of autogeous bone graft if an ideal procedure with no rejection and less complications.The aestgetic result is satisfactory. [更多还原
