【摘要】 目的 :探讨小切口重睑术的优点缺点及其适应证。方法 :对 40例 80侧单睑施行小切口重睑术 ,长度近重睑线全长的 1/ 2 ,并随访 0 .5年～ 1年。结果 :40例全部在半月内消肿 ,重睑的外形自然逼真 ,病人满意 ,形成重睑稳定 ,无严重并发症。结论 :本术式创伤小 ,形成的重睑外形自然而持久 ,效果理想更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:In order to investigate the strongpoint and disadvantage of the double fold eyelid operation by small incision and the mechanism about how the double fold eyelid to be present etc. Methods:40 cases whose upper eyelids had been performed the blepharoplasty have been followed up half a year to one year to observe the effects of the operation.The incision of the operation is located in the inner half part of the eyelid and its length is less than half of that of the double fold eyelid line. Result:With the postoperative eyelids swollen subsided within half a month, the double fold eyelid lines in 80 upper eyelids of 40 cases are all become natural and verisimilitude.The double fold eyelid lines haven’t disappeared and the operations have no serious complications within half to a year after operation. Conclusion:The postoperative eyelid has a permanent and natural double fold eyelid line.This kind of blepharoplasty may be one of the best operations. [更多还原
