【摘要】 目的 :观察羟基磷灰石 (HA)眼座眶内植入的疗效及并发症。　方法 : 、 期植入国产 HA眼座 2 8例 ,随访6～ 2 4个月。　结果 :2 8例术后眼座活动度及矫正效果良好 ,并发症为眼座暴露 4例、眼座移位 1例。　结论 :国产 HA眼座植入能有效防治眼球摘除术后的眼窝凹陷畸形 ,选择适当大小的眼座、术中充分分离筋膜 ,确切缝合筋膜和结膜是防止术后并发症的有效方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the complication and effect of intraorbital implantation of hydroxyapatite(HA)sphere in anophthalmos. Methods:The homemade HA sphere was implanted into the eye socket in 28 patients after enucleation or in anophthalmos.All cases were followed up for 6～24 months. Results:satisfactory results of the correction of anophthalmos and the movement of HA implants were obtained in all cases. The complications included:The exposure of HA implants due to scar tissue contracture under conjunctivas occurred in 4 patients.The remove of HA sphere due to larger HA sphere occurred in 1 patient. Conclusion:Intraorbital implantation of HA spheres is the most effective method for correction and prevention of anophthalmos after enucleation.The appropriate size of HA sphere and exact suture of conjunctivas and fasciae during operation are the effective method for prevention of complication after operation.
