【摘要】 目的 :探讨浅层吸脂技术对腹壁多脂皮肤松垂症的治疗效果。　方法 :在肿胀麻醉下 ,应用深层加浅层吸脂技术治疗 2 1例。　结果 :术后腹围减小 4cm～ 15 cm,皮肤回缩好。　结论 :浅层吸脂技术对腹壁多脂松垂者有明显疗效 ,较腹壁成形术 ,手术简化、术后恢复快更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the result of treating abdominal dermochalasis with superficial liposuction. Methods:At the aid of tumescent technique,21 cases abdominal dermochalasis was treated with superficial liposuction. Results:After operation,it was found that abdominal length decreased 4cm～15cm and relaxation of abdominal skin was improved obviously. Conclusion:Superficial liposuction have apparent effect on ptosis of abdominal skin.In contrast to abdominoplasty,this operation is simple with quick recover. [更多还原
