【摘要】 目的 :探讨超声波对面颈部瘢痕的处理效果。　方法 :应用超声波治疗机 ,对 49例面颈部外伤、手术、烧伤后瘢痕进行治疗。　结果 :49例创伤后不同时期与形状的瘢痕 ,应用本法治疗 ,治愈 39例 ,有效 10例 ,总有效率达 10 0 %。　结论 :超声波对创伤后瘢痕预防和治疗效果佳。在创伤愈合后 ,接受超声波康复治疗越早效果越好。超声波治疗是创伤早期康复治疗的理想方法之一更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of ultrasonic wave treatment on faciocervical scar. Methods:Ultrasonic treatment instrument had been applied on faciocervical scar healed after trauma and operation or burn in 49 cases. Results:Satisfactory effects were obtained in all cases,the total effective rate up to 100%. Conclusion:The early application of ultrasonic wave in the rehabilitating management of the scar after trauma is an ideal method.The more early of the treatment by ultrasonic wave,the more satisfactory results would be obtained on the healed skin scar.
