【摘要】 目的 :为了明确鼻部表浅肌肉系统 ( SMAS)、隆鼻术硅胶假体置放的层次与它们之间的关系。　方法 :应用显微解剖及组织切片检查 18具成人尸体鼻部。　结果 :鼻部软组织分为皮肤、表浅脂肪、肌肉及其筋膜、深脂肪 (疏松组织 )、骨膜及软骨膜五层 ;深脂肪 (疏松组织 )层容易剥离形成腔隙。　结论 :隆鼻术硅胶假体置入层次为深脂肪 (疏松组织 )层 ,鼻部表浅肌肉系统的特点有助于假体的稳定更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To clarify the Superficial Musculoaponeurotic System of nose and the layers of augmentation rhinoplasty and their relations. Methods:Eighteen noses of adult caver were examined microcopically and histologically. Results:There are five soft tissue components above the bone of nose:a skin,a superficial fatty layer,a deep fatty layer(loose tissue layer),a periosteum and perichondrium layer.One may elevate easile easily the soft-tissue beneath the nasal musculature. Conclusion:The fair layer of augmentation rhinoplasty lies beneath nasal musculature(the plate of deep fatty layer).The character of SMAS of nose enlarges the stability of silastic implants. [更多还原
