炼钢厂赤泥脱硫剂的脱硫实验与生产应用

【摘要】 用容积 170 0~ 4 0 0 0cm3的脱硫瓶进行了炼钢厂赤泥和烧结矿返矿脱硫剂脱硫效率的对比实验 ,实验表明炼钢厂赤泥脱硫剂优于烧结矿返矿脱硫剂 ;锯末赤泥配比为 1:1.5~ 1:2的脱硫剂 ,赤泥用量、堆比重及气孔度适中 ,在后期硫容较高时对煤气的阻力不大 ,脱硫效率高。在生产装置上采用了锯末赤泥配比为 1:2的脱硫剂 ,脱硫效果良好 ,在煤气平均含硫化氢 3 0 0 0~ 4 0 0 0mg/m3、脱硫剂硫容不高于 80 %的条件下 ,脱硫效率平均不低于 99.5%

【Abstract】 Using the desulphurization bottle with the capacity of 1 700 to 4 000 cm 3 the desulfurization efficiency was conducted between the desulfurizers of steel mill red plaster and small sintering ore. The experiment proved that steel mill red plaster desulfuration is superior to small sintering ore; then the desulfuration efficiency contrast of several kinds of red plaster desulphurization charge ratio experiments were carried out: using the desulphurization agent made of the sawdust and red plaster is the rate of 1:1.5 to 1:2, with the moderate amount of the red plaster, bulk density and gas hole size, the best efficiency of the desulphurization was achieved when the resistance against the gas was not strong and the desulfuration efficiency was high in the late stage when sulfur capacity is rather high. According to the result of the experiments, the desulphurization made of the sawdust and red plaster at the ratio of 1:2 was put into production and found to be very effective. On the conditions that gas source averagely consisted of 3000 to 4000 mg/m 3 H 2S and desulphuization sulfur capacity was not higher than 80 %, desulphurization efficiency was averagely not lower than 99.5 %.
