常压流化床水煤气炉系统的分析
Exergy Analysis for Fluidized-bed Water-gas Gasifier System
【摘要】 从角度出发 ,分析计算了流化床水煤气炉系统各子系统的效率 ,考察了能量在其中的合理利用情况。通过损率的分析 ,找出了其中的薄弱环节 ,并提出了相应对策
【Abstract】 Based on the method of exergy, the article calculated the efficiency of fluidized-bed water-gas system, and checked up the reasonable utility condition of energy in whole system. It is found that the gasifier is the sub-system having the largest relative exergy loss, comparing exergy loss coefficients. We analyzed cause, and pointed out three ways to solve the problem.
