【摘要】 在大田不同供肥条件下 ,于小麦灌浆后期对小麦旗叶光合特性参数进行了连续测定。结果表明 ,小麦叶片气体交换参数均有明显的日变化趋势 ,肥力条件对其日变化进程具有明显的调控作用。不施肥处理小麦叶片 Pn有明显午休现象 ,而低肥处理第一高峰不明显 ,没有明显午休现象 ;高肥处理的 Pn呈单峰曲线 ,峰值来得也较晚。养分条件可改善小麦叶片水分利用效率

【Abstract】 The photosynthetic parameters of wheat leaves in late grain filling stage were measured continuously under different nutrient conditions in the field. The results showed that photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal resistance (Rs), transpiration rate (Tr), and intercellular CO 2 concentration (Ci) of wheat leaves had obvious daily change tendency. Under different nutrient conditions, the daily change tendency of Pn was different. For example, two summit curves comparing with the Pn of comparison treatments and had obvious phenomenon of napping and had no obvious phenomenon of napping for low fertilizer treatments. The Pn of high nutrient measurement showed a single summit curve. The peak value of it would be late. The nutrient condition could improve water use efficiency of wheat leaves.
