优质小麦重要性状的相关分析

【摘要】 利用 7个优质小麦品种 (品系 ) ,分析了优质小麦籽粒产量与品质性状的关系 ,以及品质性状之间的关系。结果表明 ,籽粒产量与蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量和干面筋含量等营养品质性状呈极显著或显著负相关 ,与 Zeleny沉淀值、面团形成时间和稳定时间等加工品质性状相关不显著。蛋白质含量与湿面筋含量和干面筋含量呈极显著正相关 ,湿面筋含量与干面筋含量呈极显著正相关。Zeleny沉淀值与面团形成时间和稳定时间呈显著或极显著正相关 ,面团形成时间与稳定时间呈极显著正相关。据此提出优质高产结合改良的重点是协调籽粒产量与加工品质 ,充分利用蛋白质优质亚基组合

【Abstract】 The relations between kernel yield and quality characters and the relations among quality characters of high quality wheat were analyzed using 7 high quality wheat varieties(lines). The results indicated that negative correlation between yield and protein content, wet gluten content, dry gluten content were extreme significant or significant. The correlations between yield and Zeleny sedimentation value, dough development time, stable time were not significant. Extreme significant positive correlations were observed between protein content and wet gluten content, dry gluten content. The relation between wet gluten content and dry gluten content was extreme significant positive correlation. Positive correlations between Zeleny sedimentation value and dough development time, stable time were significant or extreme significant. Positive correlation between dough development time and stable time was extreme significant. Accordingly, we put forward that the key point of combining improvement of high-yield and high-quality would be to coordinate kernel yield and processing quality. Way of recombining high-quality protein subunits was effective.
