横轴式掘进机截割头真实运动与简化运动比较分析
Analysis of comparing true motion with simplified motion for transverse cutting head of roadheader
【摘要】 建立了横轴式掘进机截割头截齿运动轨迹、运动速度和加速度方程 ,通过实例和现有的简化方程进行了仿真比较 ,为合理选择截割头的设计参数和工作参数提供了有效的方法和手段。
【Abstract】 This paper establishes pick motion track,speed and acceleration equations of transverse cutting head and compares the computer simulation result of simplified equation with the example.Available method and instrument are provided for choosing design and work parameters.
