金属材料流动应力模型对有限元仿真结果的影响
A Influence of the Metal Flow Stress Model to FEM Numerical Simulation
【摘要】 分别采用实验和插值的方法获得ANSI 1 0 4 3钢在室温下的流动应力模型 ,然后利用两种模型对简单的镦粗过程进行研究 ,研究结果表明精确的流动应力模型是提高金属材料有限元仿真精度的先决条件 ,目前有限元仿真中利用插值的方法推算变形材料在不同温度范围内的流动应力模型是不科学的 ,会严重影响有限元仿真的精度。
【Abstract】 In this paper the flow stress model of ANSI 1043 at room temperature has been got by an experimental method and an interpolation method respectively, then the two models have been used in the research of upsetting process. The research result shows that a precise flow stress model is the preconditions of improving FEM simulation precision. The method of interpolation used in FEM simulation to calculate material flow stress model at different temperature ranges is not scientific, and this will cause great influence of FEM simulation precision.
