棉花ms5ms6核雄性不育花药中碳水化合物和游离氨基酸的变化
Carbohydrate and Free Amino Acids in Anthers of ms5ms6 Genetic Male Sterile Cotton
【摘要】 棉花 ms5ms6核雄性不育花药中缺乏淀粉积累。不育花药蛋白质氨基酸组成异常 ,游离天门冬氨酸、游离谷氨酸含量明显高于可育花药 ,游离脯氨酸、游离苯丙氨酸含量明显低于可育花药。不育花药中缺乏淀粉积累和游离天门冬氨酸和谷氨酸含量异常与花粉败育有关
【Abstract】 Less starch accumulation and abnormal contents in free amino acids were detected in anthers of ms 5ms 6 genetic male sterile cotton. The sterile anthers had higher contents of free aspartic acid and glutamic acid and lower contents of proline and phenylalanine than those of fertile anthers. Less starch accumulation and abnormal contents of aspartic acid and glutamic acid may be associated with the pollen abortion.
