【摘要】 棉花黄萎病是一种危害性极大的维管束系统病害。而今 ,国内外在棉花黄萎病防治以及抗病育种方面没有取得明显进展 ,除了客观上缺乏免疫抗源外 ,一个很重要的原因就在于有关黄萎病菌致病机理的基础研究尚处于相对滞后状态。文章总结了国内外关于棉花黄萎病菌致病性生理生化研究的最新进展 ,并对黄萎病菌毒素的研究前景做了展望 ,可供从事棉花黄萎病研究的科研工作者借鉴参考更多还原

【Abstract】 The economic losses in the world caused by Verticillium dahliea wilting averages about 1 billion US dollars every year. More recently, the major cotton areas in China have been severely damaged by the disease, being recognized as a serious threat to cotton production, especially when suffering from defoliation type of verticillium wilting. The paper analysed the reasons of the stagnation on the research work for this disease and showed that the basic research on the mechanism of verticillium pathogenesis lies in a behind situation. The newly advances in studies on physiological and biochemical properties of pathogenesis caused by Verticillium dahliae were stated.更多还原
