【Abstract】 DNA fingerprinting of male sterile, maintainer, restorer line and hybrid in upland cotton was made by AFLP analysis. A protocol of AFLP analysis for detection of PCR amplified products was also described in this paper. The results of experiment showed that AFLP is an efficient technique for biodiversity analysis and fingerprinting.更多还原
