陆地棉品种SSR标记的多态性及用于杂交种纯度检测的研究
Detecting Polymorphism among Upland Cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.)Cultivars and Their Roles in Seed Purity of Hybrids with SSR Markers
【摘要】 :用 48对 SSR引物对 30个棉花栽培品种和4个高优势杂交种的亲本进行了多态性筛选 ,结果只有 2 7对引物检测到了多态性。应用SSR3442、SSR2 4 95、SSR3347和 SSR1 2 31标记 ,区分了湘杂 2号、皖杂 40、中棉所 2 8、南抗 3号的F1杂种和它们的亲本以及其它栽培品种 ;这些标记可分别用于这些杂交种的分子鉴定和种子纯度的检测
【Abstract】 Thirty cultivars and the parents of four hybrids of upland cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.) were screened with a set of 48 SSR(Simple Sequence Repeat)primer pairs. The result indicated that twenty seven primer pairs detected polymorphism among them,while twenty one produced monomorphic amplification profiles. Since SSR marker inherited as codominant,F 1 hybrids of Xiangza 2,CCRI 28,Wanza 40 and Nankang 3 can be easily distinguished from their parents and other cultivars by SSR3442,SSR3347,SSR2495 and SSR1231 markers,respectively. These SSR markers can be also used for testing seed purity of the hybrids.
