混合煤气发生炉料层厚度对炉况的影响
Effects and Optimum Controlling of Material-layer Thickness on Mixture Gas Generator Process
【摘要】 料层厚度是发生炉生产的一项重要指标.一般认为料层越厚还原越好.热值越高,煤的燃烧越彻底.那么实际生产中情况如何呢?本文首次提出和分析了料层变化对炉内气化反应均匀性的影响及解决的对策,从理论和实践两方面对实际生产中如何调整料层厚度使质量指标达到最优化进行了初步探讨.
【Abstract】 The thickness of material-layer is an important index. Generally ,the material-layer is beneficial to the reduction and the calorific efficiency of gas. This paper presents and analyzes the effects of the change of material-layer thickness on uniformity of coal gas reaction ,and also give the countermeasures. Studies on optimum of gas quality from theory and practice are made as well.
