【摘要】 通过正交实验法 ,对造纸黑液制取水煤浆添加剂进行了工艺条件优化的研究。探讨了待考虑因素中反应温度、复配剂种类、改性剂加量、介质水平、加入缩合剂反应时间、加入磺化剂反应时间等因素对添加剂性能的影响 ,用多元线性回归法进行了评估 ,得出最佳工艺条件。最优化工艺条件中试试验产品性能优良。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new method,cross test,is used to improve the process of utilizing black liquid to prepare additive for coal water slurry.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and the quantity of NA,H and NH etc.on the additive properties are discussed.Based on the experiment and linear analysis,the optimum process conditions were obtained.The properties of coal water slurry prepared by the additive and other two additives are compared.更多还原
