【Abstract】 The heel and toe difference of flats of carding machine is analyzed.The method of calculating the heel and toe difference is put forward and the optimum value was calculated.The status of heel and toe difference of many cotton mills are discussed,then point out that to ensure the spinning quality,the heel and toe surface should be periodic restored and make sure the heel and toe difference stand in optimum value.更多还原
