【摘要】 通过理论分析和试验对比 ,从锭速、纱条输入速度、纱条不匀三个方面论述了机械状态及工艺对股线捻度不匀的影响情况。锭速不匀是造成捻度不匀的主要原因 ,锭速不匀主要是由滚筒、锭带与锭盘三者之间滑溜率的差异所致 ,而滑溜率主要是受锭带张力、锭带性能、锭盘直径及锭子的润滑状态等因素的影响 ,对此提出了降低捻度不匀的主要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the theoretical analyses and testing contrast,the influence of mechanical state and processing on ply yarn twist unevenness at spindle speed,sliver feeding speed and sliver unevenness was discussed.The main cause of twist unevenness is spindle speed,that is brought about the difference of slippage rate among drum,spindle tape and wharve.The slippage rate is mainly influenced by spindle tape tension,spindle tape performance,wharve diameter and the lubricating state of spindle,so that the main measurement of decreasing the twist unevenness was pointed out.更多还原
