直动推杆式直线减速器的接触强度计算
The calculation of contact intensity of parallel straight push rod linear reductor
【摘要】 在直动推杆式直线减速器的受力分析基础上 ,利用几何微分法 ,获得了各个构件间的综合曲率半径计算公式 ;又采用弹性力学的赫兹公式 ,导出了接触应力计算方法 ;并给出一计算实例来验证本文对此直线减速器所采用的接触应力计算方法的合理可行性。
【Abstract】 On the basis of analysis of force of this kind of straight push rod linear reductor, this article gains the formula of synthetic curvature between each components by means of geometry differentail method. At the same time, it deduces the calculation method of contact intensity by using Hertz formula of Stretch Mechanics; what’s more, it gives out a calculation example at the end of this article to test and verify the rationality and feasibility of calculation method for contact intensity of the linear reductor.
