【摘要】 对球墨铸铁材料在对称拉压循环载荷下的疲劳寿命统计分布规律进行了研究。在进行材料疲劳试验的基础上对疲劳寿命试验数据进行了失效率估计并用概率纸图法进行了分布的拟合性检验和参数估计 ,综合考虑疲劳寿命分布的总体拟合效果和是否符合疲劳失效机制两个方面研究了该材料疲劳寿命的合理分布。结果表明 ,球墨铸铁材料的疲劳寿命服从Weibull分布。更多还原

【Abstract】 The distribution properties of fatigue life of Nodular cast iron in cyclical stresses(stress ratio R=-1)were studied.Based on the fatigue life test of nodular cast iron ,the failure rates were estimated and the lifetime distribution examination and distribution parameter estimation was done by graphical approach.The rational life distribution was determined after considering synthetically overall fitting effect and consistency to failure mechanism.The result indicated that the 2-Weibull distribution is the rational life distribution of Nodular cast iron.更多还原
