【摘要】 根据麦秸板的特点 ,选择 4种复配的阻燃剂 ,利用正交试验法进行制板试验 ,根据氧指数和烟密度指标评价其阻燃性能 ,同时测定板的各项物理力学性能的变化。结果表明 ,经过阻燃处理 ,麦秸板的阻燃能力有明显提高 ,但一些物理力学性能有所降低 ;研究还给出了制造阻燃麦秸板的较佳工艺参数更多还原

【Abstract】 According to characteristics of wheat straw board, the making of fire retardant wheat straw boards with four types of fire retardants were investigated by using the orthogonal experiment method. The fire retardant properties of the boards were evaluated by the oxygen index and smoking density. Meanwhile, properties of the boards were tested and analysed. Results showed that the fire retardant properties of the boards have been improved obviously through fire retardants treatment, but some physical and mechanical properties of board decreased. In addition, the optimum technical parameters on making fire retardant wheat straw board were presented.更多还原
