【摘要】 目的　研究制备葛根素磷脂复合物 ,并确定其化学特性。方法　用有机溶媒法和乙醇注入法制备葛根素磷脂复合物 ,用核磁共振氢谱和薄层层析方法对其进行分析。结果　在有机溶媒中葛根素磷脂复合物为澄清透明液体 ,在水中呈胶质透明液体 ,核磁共振氢谱及薄层层析分析 ,表明具有磷脂复合物的化学特性。结论　葛根素和磷脂经制备成新的葛根素磷脂复合物更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To prepare the Puerarin phytosomes and study its chemical characteristic.Method Puerarin phytosomes was prepared using organic solvent and ethyl alcohol injection.Its chemical characteristic had been studied with 1H NMR & TLC technique.Result The Puerarin phytosomes become pure and transparent liquid in organic solvent or colloidal and transparent liquid in water.It had the phytosomes characteristic.Conclusion A new Puerarin phytosomes is prepared with Puerarin and phosplolipid.更多还原
