【摘要】 观察爱迪注射液治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。对 3 9例中晚期恶性肿瘤采用爱迪注射液治疗 ,并在治疗前后检测LBT、NK细胞活性和IL -Ⅱ。结果 ,PR为 2 3 .1 % ,NC为 4 8.7% ,治疗后免疫指标均有明显提高(P <0 .0 1) 。观察结果表明 ,爱迪注射液是治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的有效药物更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Response to AD PRO injection in the treatment of malignant tumor in the middle or later stage was observed.Methods:Thirty-nine patients received the treatment with AD PRO injection.The lymphocyte blastogenesis rate,NK cell and IL-Ⅱ in these patients were assayed before and after treatment.Results:In the tumor inhibitory effect,PR rate was 23.1%,NC rate was 48.7%.The immune index was improved after treatment (P<0.01).Conclusion:This trial confirmed that AD PRO injection was an effective drug in the treatment of morderate and advanced malignant tumor.更多还原
